To date, 76 firefighter fatalities have been reported to USFA in 2006
Though it has been 17 years since I was a voulenteer firefighter I still remember what it was like being in bad situations and trying to help people that needed it urgently I still have a high reguard for these folks and felt it appropriate to honor the fallen among them. _________________
