On Thu 21 Sep 06, all Thailand media was ordered by ICT to exercise censorship of any news critical of the coup-makers and the new military regime. Offenders face up to six months in jail, a fine of up to 10,000 baht, or both.

If the server hosting this forum is in the USA they can not do anything about it or to you. Please keep in mind they don't control US soil they dont want it the most they can do is firewall it.
I do think the server hosting this forum is in the USA, they can't do anything about it. Stop living in such fear its people like you who make me wish I was never born into such a world. I don't believe I am overly fearful. But I am cautious. The servers are, of course, offshore. However, I am not. Moreover, I don't have any particular axe to grind with the new government. While no one can endorse a military coup, this may turn out for the best, and I am disinclined to make waves during the transition. That is my feelings and the policy of Thailand 9000. I hope all users will continue to respect that.
