I wrote a note and submitted it last night, but it obviously didn"t post.
I just want to say hi to everyone. I am extremely busy. My associate degree is within sight now, only 4 more credits. I have been writing a lot for my courses (just turned in a speech and a term paper yesterday). My grades have remained good although I know they would be much better if I didn't have a full time career as well as school. I sacrifice sleep and quality family time quite often to keep up. I have not forgotten my poetry and hope one day soon to resume writing it faithfully. My thoughts go often to Dennis with sadness for his absence and Paul Kren too. I miss them both. I pray you are all well and don't hesitate to write me a note now and then to keep in contact.(topaztwin@yahoo.com) |

HI there Pat!! It is nice to see your message here. You surely do sound like you are VERY busy. Good for you in achieving your goal, hon. When it's all over you will be proud of yourself. I cannot wait until you start writing/posting your writings once again. I miss them. I'm happy to hear you are doing well, except for you lack of sleep, but all in all, ok. I miss Dennis so very much as well. I just recently finished copying all my writings from The Point and it was so hard to see his name among the pages and his MANY replies to my writings. *sigh* I just took him off my MSN Messenger list ... he was always there for me when I had a computer problem. I was not aware of Paul though? He was such a positive and humourous soul on The Point. I always wondered what happened. Speaking of that, do you know how Mac is? And Mike Rehling?
Two that I enjoyed reading and posting to. I know they both had health issues.
If at all possible, take it easy and that's an order or else I will send the 'mantis' along your way, hon. ha ha ha
