The SECU of Clayton is sponsoring a Golf Touranment to benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp on Saturday September 13th, 2008 @ the Riverwood Golf and Athletic Club in Clayton, NC. T time is 1:00 pm with registration starting @ 11:00 am. Please come and join us in supporting this great event.
We will be holding raffles during the day plus selling refreshments to raise money.

First, we would like to thank SECU for allowing our State Queens to be apart of their event to raise money for VJG camp. The SECU's from across the State are apart of the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation, which donates over a million dollars each year to VJG. This weekend the SECU of Clayton, partnered with individuals from other credit unions from across the State, and more importantly their vendors all helped to raise $31,370 for VJ! Susan and I would like to extend a special thanks to Crystal LaBonte, Macaila's mom for making the arrangements for us to be apart of this huge event. Also, many thanks to Lisa and Danielle Goltermann for the awesome State and Carolina Baskets they made for us to raffle off, and to our other State Queens, Kaylee Sauls, Harmony Horne, Macaila LaBonte, Kayli Strain and their families for attending and lending a hand! We had a great time and we are extremely proud of our Queens and their families for working in the heat and making this event a huge success. If we're not mistaken I believe these girls raised over $200 towards their contributions to VJ!
