Fill and check points

Much of this information is directly out of the RZR Service Manual. The specifications are listed first followed by a short video showing where the fill/check points are.

To remove the Fill/Check plug you will need a ⅜" ratchet and a 3" extension. The end of the extension fits into the plug.

To remove the Fill/Check plug you will need a 5/16" Allen socket with atleast a 6" extension. You could use a regular Allen wrench but you will have a hard time getting enough leverage to remove the plug.

To remove the Fill/Check plug on the transmission you will need a ⅜" ratchet and a 3" extension and atleast a 6" extension to remove the Fill plug on the Transfer Case. You will also need a ½" wrench to remove the check plug for the transfer case.

The attachments below are downloadable version of the above images compiled together in .doc (Word) and .pdf (adobe) formats. You can save it to your computer and print it as a quick reference chart for your toolbox.... Enjoy....
