I can't complain about the outcome, but I thought the officiating sucked on both sides of the ball.
Raider WR Mike Williams got screwed out of a TD catch on a BS push off call in the first quarter. Late in the 4th, the Raiders got away with a blown call and replay on a Justin Fargas fumble. Sandwiched between those two calls were numerous non-calls on passes that had more contact than the Williams push off in the first quarter. Either minor contact is a penalty or not. A little consistency would be nice.
Sloppy all around...I just had the impression the officials didn't have their heads in the game. |
