We all see examples of poor officiating: blown or missed calls, obvious mistakes, favoritism, etc, and hope that the league is paying attention. The league and the networks have a preset agenda, and it doesn't matter what happens during a game, so long as it does not interfere with the agenda. Have you ever noticed on a key play, the first replay is from a camera angle that cannot possibly enhance the view. This is one of the ways the networks help keep the agenda.
The best way to fight intentional poor officiating is to hit the league and the networks in the pocket book. Devalue the commercial revenue.
This is one example of a form letter that should be sent to each of the advertisers of a professional sporting event whereas the outcome was decided by poor officiating:
Recently my friends and I witnessed a professional sporting event where your product was extensively advertised. Because of the poor officiating that occurred during this event, we will not be purchasing your product and endorsing unsportsmanlike conduct.
Regards,
When enough of the advertisers feel their advertising dollars are being wasted, the league will hear about it from some one who matters.
Sincerely,
A sports fan |

It is getting worse and worse each year. With the technological advances I believe it will only get worse over time. The refs are incompetent.
I would gladly send that letter to the leaugue and the sponsors |
