How about the defensive interference call towards the end of the Packers/Dallas game. The officials were confused, one said no, the other said yes, and it turned out yes. BS. That was a bad call, who can I call and complain??? It definitely affected the outcome of the game. The announcers even said it was a bad call.
Please respond.

| Perfect example of a bad call. A tight 3 point game becomes a 10 point 4th qtr game because the officials blew the call. The receiver and defender got their legs tangled. It happens, it's not a violation of the rules. Announcers were pretty adamant about it also after the various replays. Green Bay got screwed on that play...may have cost them the game. |

| I actually had no problem with call for numerous reasons. First the defender was beaten on the play and had his hands on the reciever just shortly before he ran him over while the ball was in the air. Second of all it wasn't like the front of the defenders foot nicked the back of the recievers foot causing him to fall, it was more like the defender was running up his back and having no idea where the ball was at. If the Nfl doesn't call this as interference then you will see teams coach incidental contact when a defender is beaten on a play. It would have been nice if the refs had called it sooner and then it would have eliminated some of the confusion but we also see late flags on occasion when the refs are calling intentionall grounding on a quarterback . In the end we want the refs to get it right and they did! |
