Hello Mr keny2kc5....

Where can we post events we would like to do....

I am heading to the 1/4 mile drags in a couple of weeks .. Would like to post it and see if there is other members interested in going... maybe come up with a sunday that we can get a small group to go...

Also I am interested in the Maxton mile... its a 2 mile runway at an airfield that you can run flat out on... kinda the standing mile... most corvette owners have never (and may never want to) seen the upper end of our cars ...... this is a great safe place to do it... ...

So its thing like this i would like to post...
let me know where to post ummm[color=red]

The RTP EVENTS FORUM is a good place to start. Put it up there and see what happens.

thought that was maybe a section for {official} RTP events... Smile  I will post it there... Hopefully membership will come up on here and this will be a nice tool to communicate to other members...

No problem. Post where ever you like. Right now the only restricted area is the administrator/moderator forum. But I'm the only one there right now so its kinda lonely.  Sad , I will probably put up an officers section a little later. other than that everything is fair game so have at it.

I thought that it would be nice for everyone to have a place to come to between meetings and events.

Hi Fred,

You are suppose to be able to customise the board colors to your liking. I download 4 themes that are available in you profile and set up the default as you see it now. How-ever I have not been able to get mine to change from the default colors that I picked when I created the forum to  the alternate colors that are  suppose tobe abailable in the profile. I will work on that.  Just haven't firgured out exactly how that works you. I will also try to get more colors available too!!!!

Thanks for your input!!!

Ken,

I tried to change it also and did a submit, but it stayed black.  I'm sure you'll figure it out.  It's so much better than what we had before.  I was able to post some pics without any problem.

So far I like it, I will try to give it a whirl and see if I see anything that stands out as an issue.
