RTP Corvettes 2nd Annual BBQ

Its that time of year. Time to bring our Vette's out from their winter slumber, put the tops down and hit the road and what better way to kick off the spring than with a good old fashion North Carolina BBQ. This year the cookout will be held at the Coble home. All the meat will be provided, BBQ pig (Eastern NC style), there will also be Chicken for those who do not dig on swine or if there is something else you would like bring it and we will throw it ion the grill. Below is a list of other items that will be needed, If you see something that is missing or would like to bring some other covered dish, Please feel free to bring another dish. BYOB and a comfortable folding chair. Please RSVP to Ken Stanley. I need to have a good head count by no later than Monday May 14th, so I can be sure to order the right size pig, So please respond by the 14th and let me know what item you plan on bringing. If you forget to respond its ok come anyway. I will be up and cooking by 8am so feel free to come early and keep me company. We plan on eating around 1PM.
