All right I've given my first promotion just cause we need actual members around here. My first promotion is to AllBlack456 from a trial member to a SPC (Specialist.)

I have decided that Allblack456 is going to take seat as one of the high council. As a four star general. He will also be taking responsibility for care of the second squad the shadow squad.
