I'm sorry, I really should have said something, but I didn't really have much to say. The arms fine, I just over worked it.
Mostly, I just didn't want to think about the comic, even long enough to tell people what was going on. I was still burned out and didn't realize it. I'm taking it slow right now. I'll be updating the comics that are unfinished in any way, doing updates for the site, and getting some backlog before I update again. I don't know when I'll be back.
If you guys would like to help, just start talking in here again. Ask questions, wonder what's coming up, post theories about why the comic is named the way it is. Seeing people's interest is very motivating for me.

Hi, just a drive-by to say that I like your comic and hope you pick it back up.
I too get that thing where I start a project from love, and then find I grow quickly to resent it and often quit. Not sure why it happens, but it's obviously a "bug" rather than a "feature". Perhaps the cause might be something like "concentrating on what other things this is going to stop me doing". Perhaps a fix might be to first flood out that by imagining counterfactuals - if you do ANYTHING, there's going to be everything else you aren't doing, so this work/play is nothing special - and then go back over all the good reasons you liked it originally, and the ways it can be fun. |
