That was rather rude, wasn't it? Still, what was she going to do, stop her rather important chase so that some guy could babble at her in a foreign language? After she stopped running, she really should have stopped to try to talk to him though.
I might have done that too, but writing with four panels to work with is turning out to be more limited than I thought. I have a lot of stuff that would be nice to put in, but I just can't. For example, I've noticed that my writing style has a lot of unnecessary words, and I have to drop them for sake of space, but it would be nice to have them in for the sake of speech patterns. (Ten, for example, is a bit more wordy than I have room to show.) Or like here, a second or two to let someone talk to her would add another week onto the strip. _________________
