I liked this week's comic, probably because Tetra is my favorite character so far, though I do love Ten, too. content

As for Sharm's comment about her bad guys not coming out how she was planning, I think the lines are too round with them. It might help if the eyes were more silt-like, if the angles were more abrupt.

What do you guys think?

It would also help them to seem more dangerous if we could see them injuring her. Bad guys always seem more menacing when they can do damage to the hero.

The soft colors don't help, either.

But the fight scene dynamics are good.

I agree with Narf on the dynamics. Tetra's facial expressions are good and I *love* the different "poses." (Is that the word I'm looking for? I don't think it is.) With all the talking up to now we haven't really been able to see the characters in more than a few positions, so this is great.

Dynamic poses are a nice change of pace, though they are a lot more work.  I'm glad you like those scenes!  I was very excited with how they came out.

I did try to angle some of the lines, slit eyes, ect. for my elementals (Most of them have just a line for eyes, I don't know how to slit them more than that.)  It didn't help much.  I suppose the way I draw naturally rounds things.  I'll have to work on that.  As for colors, I see your point.  I was trying to make their coloring look like what their element is.  I think those thunderclouds ended up looking more menacing though.

Tetra turned out to be a much more interesting character than I started with.  But as soon as I first tried to draw her I knew she wasn't going to be content to just start things off.
