I guess that I will start this off. I am the all powerful XANETH! *not really, heh* Anyway, I guess I will tell you all a little about myself. I'm a easy going, fun loving, good time havin' sort of guy. Although I hate my current job, I do get to be online for 8 hours a day. I have read many comics here and there. I have both posted on, and administered Forums far and wide. This doesn't make me an expert, but it does give me experience. (Too bad this isn't an RPG) Speaking of which, I love all sorts of video games. Everything except sports games. I can't pick a favorite genre, but currently I spend the most of my time on FPSs and MMORPGs. If you wonder what MMOs I play or what server, then PM me. I would enjoy more friends to run around with. I am married, with no kids as of yet. I have little to no artistic talent to speak of, but I do still enjoy doodling. I also am an avid reader. From William Shakespeare, and Chaucer, to J.R.R. Tolkien , and R.A. Salvatore. Currently I am reading Starship Troopers by Robert A. Heinlein. (Fantastic book so far. Didn't like the movie much) I love to rock climb or repel if I get the chance. _________________

My turn! I'm Lanea Zimmerman, the author of The Sealed Gate webcomic. Xaneth is my younger brother. I obviously like drawing. And pixel art, see my cute smiley faces? I'm into things like Anime, video games, reading and hanging out with my friends. Most of the online communities I hang out at are based around something called KiSS dolls, which are interactive paper dolls. Sort of.
If you think of a way to make these forums or my comic better, please let me know. I like constructive criticism. _________________

Greetings and salutations to all! I am Pete, known all over the internet as roofpig. I do a little webcomic called Bardsworth that sucks up much of my time that isn't sucked up by my day job. Somehow, though, I do find time to read (current book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows), watch movies, listen to music (currently playing: DragonForce), and generally have fun.
What else? I'm 26 but don't act it. I'm married to a wonderful gal who is currently getting her Masters Degree in Costume Design. I graduated from a Media Studies (film/video) undergrad program. I work a marketing-type position (although it's basically a "do anything we ask" kind of a job), but would love to do something with my writing and/or art.
If you want to know anything else, ask away! I hide nothing. Except my cookies. That way people can't steal them. _________________

I love your comic! I guess I can also add to my list of hobbies, is my anime. Although I haven't been able to finish many of those that are out there, among the ones that I love the most are, Scrapped princess, The Vision of Escaflowne, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, etc... Another thing I guess I can add, is that I am currently serving in the Army Reserves. _________________

Thanks! I love your avatar by the way. Rurouni Kenshin is one of the few anime series that I've watched from start to finish (well, excluding the very final episode which wasn't on the fan subbed DVDs I got; apparently it didn't actually air on television in Japan). I can't really say anime is a hobby of mine, but it is a casual indulgence. I'm not really into some of the newer stuff like Naruto or Bleach, but I love Samuria Champloo and Trinity Blood (the few episodes that I've seen, anyway). I like a lot of the older stuff, like Saber Marionette J, The Irresponsible Captain Tylor, and, yes, even Dragonball Z. _________________

I've seen all but the last 8 episodes (and I've seen one of the OVAs). I started buying them back when I was in high school, before I had a DVD player, so I have most of the collection on tape (one is in English, and the rest I managed to find subtitled). It's a really fun series and someday I want to buy the series on DVD so I can finally see the end!
Aaaand I'm just rambling now... I think I'm procrastinating so I won't have to start my work day. ;-) _________________

Well, since this seems to be the place where people come to say "Hello, my name is...." I think that's what I'll do. I'm Will, known as El Mariachi here and there about the web. I go to school in the far, frozen, north. Currently work nights at a small resort in town, which is where I was when I passed by the 'Gate.' I just came across this one slow night at work, enjoyed it, and been coming back for the last few days.
Aside from webcomics, I enjoy hanging with friends, movies, music, books, playing broomball (a world wide sport that no one knows about), and just being an all around goof-ball. _________________ An average man am I, of no eccentric whim,

Hail, and welcome to our humble forums. I'm glad to see that people are able to find the comic without hearing about it from friends. Enjoy your stay! _________________

Oh, I know broomball! I played in a league my freshman year of college. I don't do sports usually, but I had immense fun playing broomball. And our team almost became the champions that year, but we lost the last game by a matter of a couple goals (it may have only been one, but then again that could be my brain trying to make the memory more exciting). _________________

Hello, My name is Sable. I saw a preview for your Senshi Scout Make-Up Doll set and looked all over to find you and hopefully download the set. Sadly, it seems, that you're not finished. Thus, I decided to wait by reading your comic and hoping for an update. I'm 18, and a fan of SM - a childhood love I was reintroduced to sometime ago-. I am currently watching a Drama from over seas (The US is where I reside) called Romantic Princess. I want to say it is either Chinese, Korean, or Taiwanese. But, I don't speak any other language than english and can't identify any of those three languages based on words alone.
I do, however, know it isn't Japanese. It is a pleasure to meet you. |

Welcome to the forums, Sable! Sad to say, I don't know if that doll will ever get done. I'm not very good at programming, and the code for it is too much for me. Oddly enough, I'm not a Sailor Moon fan, that doll was just something I had to get out of my system.
Aren't subtitles fantastic? I love watching things in the original language. BTW, if anyone has the Mulan DVD, try watching it in Mandarin. Me and my friends think it's better. _________________

That is sad news. :/ I was hoping you had finished it and forgot to put a link up somehwere for download. Well, that really is very sad to hear...I think it would be one of the best KiSS sets for SM.
And subtitles are amazing. I love them so. I think I will have to buy some more movies that are 'foriegn' and watch them in the actual language. |

Your not the only one to think that. I get emails all the time from people asking for the link to download. I haven't completely given up hope on it. Sometimes some of the really good coders get bored and want to code for others, so maybe I can catch one of them and have them help. _________________
