This was only Roger's second outing as Simon Templar.  It was a good story, but I thought Roger hadn't yet settled down in the role, and his acting was quite "forced" and tense. What do you think?

I didn't notice about his acting, I guess I was too preoccupied with the story  :smt002 . This was a good episode. Though black and white, being  a girl I always enjoy looking at the fashions of the 1960's and found the girl's glittery hat fascinating.  :smt003
This was also the first episode in which Marco appeared, and the scene between Marco, The Saint and the girl arguing about the taxi fare was amusing.

The only part I had a hard time with was when Simon spoke to the girl's father in Latin "homo sequendum" (spelling??  :smt017  :smt017 ). He sure took a big chance on the man figuring out (and figuring it out in time to save them!) what he meant by that and that together with his other phrase which was in English, the father of the girl would put the two phrases together and realize that Simon was trying to tell him to follow Bueno, the crooked police chief. What did you think of that part of the episode?
