racing movies are all the same, usually about someone trying to fix the race and the main character/characters intervene and eventually succeed in destroying the bad guy's plans. i was enjoying this episode up to the black and white western fight imitation, and the moment the scenery changed to black and white and everything went to fast motion, i couldnt believe my eyes. after two seasons of watching the persuaders, i thought they've given up the silly fight routines since the fight in overture.why on earth did they have to ruin a perfectly good episode.   :smt013

I skipped over a couple of episode to watch Someone's Waiting, and see what you mean. The slow motion fight was out of place. The episode got more dramatic as it got closer to the end, when we finally meet the vengeance-seeking man behind all the attempts at Brett's life, and his disabled brother whose life was damaged by a horrible race car accident. I was surprised to see Lois Maxwell pop into it for a very short time, and was diappointed that she never made a second appearance in the episode.
