I liked it a lot because it had Deborah Moore in it as the little girl. It was just a pity that she didn't have any scenes with her father in this episode.

Another one demonstrating Roger's skills as a Director. Excellently done too!

Wasn't Deborah cute?

Interesting too, to see Madeleine Smith in that episode, who would later go on to share Roger's first scene as James Bond in LALD.

Amazing how the times have changed, isn't it? The 1960's and early 70's were such innocent times compared to now, that young children could walk alone from school and say "Hi" to someone in the street without as much worry as today. Watching the scene with Deborah today and being a mother, I can't help but cringe a little, and want to say to Deborah: "Don't talk to strangers."  :smt003

I liked the part when Brett rides the rocket-looking car with the girl who can't wait to get rid of him. It is so funny when she gives him a bar of soap and tells him that he "stinks". Even funnier is the face he makes after smelling the soap.  :smt003  :smt003 I don't have the exact picture of the face he makes, but I found this one from the same scene.

Here's  Brett's reaction to the soap!

The girl in the rocket-car - Valerie Leon - also had small parts in "The Spy Who Loved Me" "The Wild Geese" and "The Saint."

Agreed. It is a shame that children today cannot walk up to someone and say hello. I think this is a very good ep and DM is still lovely today I think.
