I'm sure we are all eagerly awaiting the forthcoming autobiography of Roger Moore.
I got to thinking about the several biographies that have been written about Roger over the years. Do you own any, and if so which ones are your favourites?
Each one I own has something different to say, and they are all excellent, however the one I love best is "Roger Moore, A Biography." It is written by Roy Moseley, with Philip and Martin Masheter, and was first published in 1985. I have the paperback version.
It is written in a very sensitive manner, and seems to get right inside the character of Roger, revealing his generosity and good nature, his past insecurities, and wonderful sense of fun, with contributions from co-stars and friends.
