Yuppers... I have found at least 3...count em... three members with a birthday in early November, and I thought it fitting to name the November meet the Birthday Bash!
We can make a weekend out of it if anyone wants to ruff it! If not, we can do a one day ride, and have some cake...either way, the date of the ATV only weekend is..... drum roll please.........

November? I thought we were still talking about October. Now that I see the EMR Schedule there's no way I can make their date in October. It looks like November may best for me as well.

YES NOVEMBER!! I am just posting it up early so everyone knows where I am at that weekend!!! lol... October is still in full effect... The 27th is best fo rme, but I posted this up so that everyone knows that is my plan for November... If we want to go, that is the ATV weekend at EMR.

YEAH BILLY!!!! you and I can finally go head to head with the mods!!! hehehehe.....
As per the NOVEMBER meet... I would like to vote on something that I think means a lot to a lot of people... You can say no, or you can say yes, but either way, I dont want it to affect our turnout for the November meet.
Being that I am celebrating my birthday that week, as well as a few other NEBA members who are right in there with b-days, I would like to ask if anyone here would chip in an extra 5-10 dollars for their day/weeknd at EMR, to go towards the HOPSTER fund.
I know it costs $35 to get in for 1 day at EMR, and $60 for the weekend, so if the $$$ is tight, it is really no big deal, but I personally would like to make a contribution to the fund, in the name of NORTH EAST BUGGY ASSOCIATION, to the Hopkins family.
I also realize that some of you may have already made contributions, so I am not asking anyone to put in the pot or dont come... I want to have fun, and I want to give a little present on my b-day to the Hopkins family, so that they can share my smiles that day or weekend.
So... If anyone likes the idea, PLEASE, let me know. I have paypal, and I will set up a profile just for contributions to the Hopkins fund, and I will wire the money after the November meet to JABO who is handling the primary fund. Being that this is happening in November, I think it will be a pleasant suprise to the family, and will especially help out for the holidays.
What does eveyone think?

So how many are definitely or close to definite for the November EMR dates? We have to bag the Oc 27th because of unforseen "loser bracket" football tournament.. What the heck is that anyway?? We would like to try to come up to EMR though...

I've ordered some parts for Adam's buggy and as soon as they are in we're going to spend a day putting his cart together and fixing mine. We should have it all done in a day. I can't spend any time this weekend so maybe the weekend of the 27th (I know we can't go to Tamaqua either). We haven't ridden the buggies in so long I'm having withdrawals. I can't wait to get back in my ride...

obviously I am in for the weekend...as the count looks so far....
TH, AC, DZ, BillyP, snapper, Kruse, RMB, and hopefully brian will be attending EMR... i am trying desperately to finish my cousins repairs, getting a shaft welded and machined to fit a new sprocket and all, but it should be ready by the november meet. Thanks all!!!
