· Quote

Guys,
We have an Excellent deal here!!
We have exclusively (So far) an awesome pipe kit for the single and newer 2 speed Twister 250 !!!
I just installed the pipe and muffler on my 05 Twister and although it sticks out about 8" past the back of the buggy, WOW what an increase in POWER!!!
I haven't even messed with the jetting yet so I may be running a little lean but holy cow!! I am so impressed, I may just up the price on this kit soon.
Right now, we're selling it for $360 + SH
The kit includes the tuned pipe, Performance muffler & 2 brackets, Koso Air filter, Main and Pilot jets!
As I say this, I just sold my last one Sad
I will put in another order next week and should have them in a week or two.
Save your pennies boys, this mod is a MUST if you have a Twister 250.

How are you going to fix the sticking out part, or is there a way to. I'd think just chop part of the pipe off.

It doesn't stick out past the rear tire but it does go past the radiator about 6".
I could chop off some of the pipe but it doesn't look bad, I just have to be careful backing up! Smile
This pipe is about 4" longer than the stock one.
I got a chance to open her up some today and she falls flat on her face at WOT. Gonna need that rejet! I don't think I'm that far off. Maybe one or 2 sizes at most I think.

You should do a carb swap while your at it.

Better yet, order a 300cc pistron from glade (if you dont mind ordering from competition   Wink  ), bore out the engine and you'd have the first 300cc Twister running around.

Ya, I have a milled head sitting here that I'm dying for a little free time to install it!! I was out testing the exhaust and New Millosi Clutch on the 250 and blew out my left front strut! Looked really cool! I was doing about 40mph when the castle nut came off and the tire turned sideways and skidded to a stop after about 50 feet!! Just a little embarassing

Ya, you're right John.
At the time though, I was trying to "hide" a bit!  Rolling Eyes
I had just been roaring up and down the alley showing off my new pipe kit and doing some single drag races. It made a really loud scraping sound when it went!  Surprised Glad I was close to the shop!
I'm thinking about putting a little parts kit together to sell that would have

cotter pins,
castle nuts,
zip ties, a few assorted nuts and bolts,
some heavy wire,
a couple fuses,
Can of fix a flat,
tow and ratchet straps,

Can anyone think of any other small items that would fit in a handy dandy carrying case you might need out on the trails if something happened?

Maybe 2 feet of hose for air or fuel, hose clamps ( pinch or bolt) and small tube of  high temp silicone to plug air leaks on a damaged manifold.

For chain breaks a master link.  I noticed when I broke my chain last weekend I only lost 2 links.  by adjusting the bolt and adding 1 master link I could have kept riding.

Also you might consider a cheap starter and toggle switch.  It could be used in the event any of the following happens.

Bad starter relay
Bad ignition switch
Bad kill switch
Bad break saftey switch.

A quick hook up and they can ride the rest of the day with out leaving the electric box open or uncovered..

I'm just going on things that happened to me, I don't know if these problems are common in the higher end buggies.

I almost forgot the most important thing of all.  Duct tape!

A small set of metric and standard 1/4" drive ratchet set or just a small wrench set.  Assorted wire connectors.  Bungee cords.  Tire plug kit.  Battery powered or 12volt compressor.  Needle nose and regular pliers.  I can think of more but thats probably too much lol.

Great suggestions!
Look for the "Emergency Kit" exclusively at KidNme Motorsports! Smile
I'll also be looking for a nice case for this stuff.

cotter pins,
castle nuts,
zip ties, a few assorted nuts and bolts,
some heavy wire,
a couple fuses,
Can of fix a flat,
tow and ratchet straps,
Master link + 1
small tube of high temp silicone
hose clamps
2 feet of hose for air or fuel
Duct Tape

I think this is a good list.
Thanks guys!

Have any 4 valves? And do you install on house calls?
