I was asked to be a mod on this site by IN, so I figured, why not, can't be that bad of an idea. If you're from MA you probably know me, and if not you will soon. I write for MetalCrypt and also love writing stories in general. I love movies and music, which is the primary reason why I critique them so much - knowing what's bad can make one appreciate the good so much more. On that note, I hate J-Rock, nu metal, and most modern metalcore. I do however appreciate good music, pretty much anything strange and interesting - folk rock, punk, surf rock, darkwave, neo-classical, etc. Always up for discovering new music. Oh and I find any 4chan related memes to be unacceptable and worthy of being shot on sight. You might not like me, or maybe you will. I don't really know. I am an opera singer- in- training, actually, but study Russian and Italian at university at the moment. I listen to deathrock and gothic music, mainly, when speaking about music made after the 1960´s, but am also excessively fond of certain kinds of punk (horrorpunk... oh yeah.) and ambient. I´m too fond of New Wave for my own good, and dark ambient still rocks my boots. Music is my life and salvation... without it I wouldn´t be sitting here today. But that story´s reserved for drunken nights when nobody´ll remember it the next morning anyway. In addition to my opera addiction, I am an actress, seamstress, makeup artist, artist, lyricist, composer and arranger, multi instrumentalist and a general jack of all trades when it comes to the arts and creative things. I am fascinated by topics like religion and spirituality, and, having had the benefit of studying music, know and love the history of music. I´m a movie afficinado - Johnny Depp is possibly my favourite actor on screen (and that´s because of his skills, not his looks).
