Alien Sex Fiend has been one of my favorite Goth bands for a while. It took me some time to get into them since they have a bit of unconventionality to them. They combine a lot of different styles into their music. Here are a few of my favorite songs

Ignore the Machine
I Walk the Line
R.I.P

Also if anyone is interested, Nik Fiend has a Blog for his Art.

I went to see them (him) live a few months ago. I was sorely disappointed - it was one of the most boring performances I have ever seen. It was quite a turnoff.

Well neither him nor the other band members are young anymore so it wouldn't be a surprise to me that their performance level isn't what it use to be years ago.

Yes, of course, but damn - he was just standing around with his laptop! Didnīt seem to care very much about his audience, either. I still think that was a lot of wasted money.

I didn't think it was that bad. I guess that would be disappointing. Although I would still go see them just to say I saw them. I wish they'd come to America. Sad
