We all had those games in our childhood that made us swoon, whether it was on Atari, PS, N64, and so on.
What are your childhood classics?
Some of my favourites include Legend of Dragoon. It was fucking long - 4 CD's of it, and you had to kind of perform the techniques rather than being lazy in modern-day RPG's that anyone without reflexes could pull off. _________________ I just want to eat your brains. |

I remember when I got Donkey Kong Country 2 for Christmas in 1996 I believe. It's still one of my favorite platform games ever. |

Metal Gear Solid 1 is my favourite game of all time.. I must have completed it 60 times. Utterly compelling, way ahead of it's time, fantastic script, everything about this game was utterly perfect.
My other favourite was the original Crash Bandicoot... so ridiculously old school. I played it again recently, and remember long lost summers of when I was 8 years old, switching between cricket on TV and playing Crash 1 on PlayStation... |

I totally forgot about Crash Bandicoot. That game was awesome. It was a bit difficult though. I prefer Crash Bandicoot 2 personally. |

I still have my atari 2600. I still have my old nintendo [the first one to come out, not that newer version they put out later]. I still have my old sega [the first design], got a snes from europe. I'm old school. If I can get a Commodore 64, I think I'd have all the old stuff. |

That's super old school right there. I still have my Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis. I use to have a SEGA CD and 32X. I remember playing Sewer Shark, Sonic CD and Ecco The Dolphin: Tides of Time. |

Dynamite Headdy on the Sega Megadrive was one hell of a game.
It was a great game, plot was irrelevant and it was hard as hell in the later stages.
The music still holds its own today, and I guarantee you will die when facing the Dark Gatekeeper and the bosses after as they are nightmares to beat. _________________ Signature edited by InfernoNecrosis: remember kids, images were against the rules officially as of September 6th, 2008, and I sent you all an email about this. |

Army Men: Sarges Heroes, 007: Goldeneye, Super Mario 64, plus the Pokemon games.
Man I loved Army Men. I never seen anyone else talk about it but I loved it so much. _________________ NU-MOD |
