It's called Morbito. It's about a woman named Balsa (yes, a woman. Non-teenager) and her badass spear. And she has the job of protecting a prince on the run from his father.

Never heard of it. I'll check it out if I don't lose track of time like I usually do. As far as time slots goes I'm really mad at Cartoon Network for not putting anime on at times where you can actually see them without having to stay up half the night. What happened to the days of Sailor Moon 4pm, Yu Yu Hakasho at 4:30, Dragon Ball Z at 5:00 etc. I barely watch Cartoon Network now a days. They pretty much just ignore anime now. I mean if they showed Death Note at a good time they would have gotten awesome rating too. It's a hugely popular anime right now.
Personally, I'm not too into the big three (Death Note, Naruto, and Bleach). I'll watch them, but if Cartoon Network or Adult Swim is on, the show that I'll be watching is Code Geass, or the anime that is Djm's life blood, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex.

I could never get into Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. I mean don't get me wrong the movie was good but the anime just didn't work for me. As far as the big three goes I don't see the big deal with Naruto and Bleach. I don't really care much for them. I don't know why. For me it's all about D.Gray Man and Death Note.
I hope I'm not sounding too over the top, but the artwork in Morbito is about the best I've seen in an anime series. It's near Miyazaki quality. _________________ Through nature's inflexible grace, I'm learning to live.
