Greet whosoever's on thread

I thought this might be a place for all of us to say hello to whoever is on when we come on, or to say hello to those who sign on after we leave for the day to help us keep in touch with one another.

So, I will start. Hello Rut and everyone who comes on later! :hi:
I took a very short catnap today. I think I am too excited about the debates tonight to get a good nap.
I'll probably try again to get another one in before hand. I am praying for Governor Palin, that the Lord's hand will
be upon her and that He will cause her to finish up the debate triumphantly and leave the liberal media speechless.
Oh what a blessing that would be. The media has been less than forgiving as of late and it would sure be nice for her
to be able to let that Barracuda loose tonight and leave the opposers stuttering for the next few days. Please Lord, let it be so in Jesus name, amen.

Always in Him,
Connie

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

This is a good idea. :2thumbsup:
hi Mom  Hi gang!
Well, just business as usual over here. Just got in a few moments ago. I am contemplating right now about whether or not to join a "debate party" or not. It is not a "party" just for anyone who might wonder's sake. It's just a gathering with some neighbors, soft drinks, coffee and cakes, chips, along with some first time voters, that kind of thing and we'll watch the debate together. So, if I am going I need to decide pretty quick here. I'm a little bit cranky right now though, but maybe after a short rest I might go ahead and go. I need to rest my eyes especially. But whether I go or not, I will be watching the debate as long as I have breath and I'll try to stop by here after the debate is over and see what you all are up to and we'll share our thoughts, okey doke?

See you later and God bless!
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise you. Titus 2:11-15

Hello, Connie and IamRedeemed, Well the L-rd answered your prayers concerning Sarah Palen. She did wonderful on last night's debate. She came across as fresh, genuine and eloquent. Her words were well chosen. Biden on the other hand was tripping over his tongue quite a few times. Palen did a good job of exposing the lies of Obama's platform. One of the biggest issues she attacked was the health care package and how it would force everyone to pay for health insurance coverage.

Palen did well because she had G-d's help.

Amen! I was praying for her too, throughout the entire thing! She did very well. You said it. It was apparent that the Lord was with her. amen!
