Ward, I see that we have visited some of the same countries - Spain and Portugal, for instance. I plan on getting up to Tolouse some time to see the Roman aqueduct there in your country. Sadly, I see you have not visisted the greatest and most beautiful country on earth - South Carolina.  Oh well, you'll have to visit some time. There's nothing quite like the Palmetto State! Later.

A friend of mine name South Carolina , the "Palmetto Bug State"...lol
I just coming to speak with a girl from Columbia-SC who study the theology in Aix-en Provence , nearby Marseille...
I hope to visit South Carolina , when I will go to Charlotte NC , to see the Nascar workshops...!!!

Charlotte is "new South" - it's not much like Dixie at all, really. Be warned. But there are some great towns very close by that are truly Southron. And Columbia, SC is only about 1 and 1/2 hours drive by car away - perhaps closer, depending on your speed - and there you can see the original Ordinance of Secession and tons of other history. Columbia itself is becoming more like Charlotte every day - sadly. I saw a Muslim in full black veil the last time I went to the mall there - she scared the mess out of the kids (I saw a few very small kids crying when they saw her - they thought she was a ghost and were obviously scared by that black robe and veil and only the eyes showing). All of Dixie is being over-ran by aliens who have no business in our land. But the small towns are still Southern, by and large - for now. I guess being French, considering how badly your own country is over-ran you can relate. Truly, the West is dying. It's time to revolt now and fix things - or die off, I feel.

Sure , you'are right...!!!In my town , we have 250.000 from Maghreb , 80.000 jews, 50.000 black people , 50.000 from Armeny, and differents others communities from east and south of Europe..and we have a population of 900.000 unhabitants. We are seated on a cask of wildfire...!!!and nobody has the guts to change that among our politicians...!!!

That is a tragedy "ward22" we face similar problems here as "PalmettoPatriot" has stated and our politicians have betrayed us from Washington D.C. to most of our local representatives. There has to come a change before that cask you referred to EXPLODES, or maybe that's what it will take for them to wake up...
