Your honours, of The Ringgold City Council,

We are, The New Confederate Partisans

It is our mission to preserve the name, honour and legacy of our Confederate heroes. Confederate Flags, monuments & cemeteries are among the greatest of our Southern treasures, and their protection must be foremost among our priorities. This mission should be especially dear to us, as these monuments, flags & cemeteries are the only standing tribute to our past.

The Confederate Battle Flag represents the valour and call to duty of our Southron warriors. It is a significant part of our heritage, as are all flags of the Confederacy. Let them all keep flying, forever and in peace.

The Battle Flag with the "St Andrews Cross" was not the only Confederate Battle Flag, but She was the most known and used late in that great war. She is the most, hated, debated, misrepresented and beloved of all Confederate symbols. She has been tarnished by groups as the, naacp "by way of slander", kkk, aryan nation, skinheads, neo nazi, white supremacy clowns and PC crowd ...Just to name a few. She was not a national flag, nor was She a politician's flag, and most defiantly not a flag of hate! "She was a soldier's flag" a banner of courage, honour and a call to duty. She was a rallying point for battling warriors. Many died to keep Her safe and out of enemy hands, this Flag was stained with the blood of our Southron patriots. Last and most important...SHE WAS AN AMERICAN FLAG!!

As Southron, we owe it to ourselves and noble ancestry to protect Her and hold her in reverence. We must stand up to "Those People" that slander Her, for that slander is slander toward us and our past. We must never let our past be removed from our future...

Confederate Memorial Day

April 26th.a day set aside in Ringgold Georgia "By the Ringgold City Council" to pay tribute to those who served with the Confederate forces during the War for Southern Independence.

This is why we wish a permit, to honour Ringgold's Confederate heroes as y'all decreed and it is our duty to do so.

We are respectable persons, having a strong belief in our Confederate heritage. We are not trouble makers nor are we racist or members of any hate group... These type groups cause more harm to our heritage than any other thing... We deplore and denounce them!

It is requested that the Council approve a permit for the NCP to assemble at the Depot or front of the Courthouse, April 26. 2008, from 12pm-4pm.

Please let us prove how honourable we of The NCP are,

Report on my meeting with Ringgold's City Manger

Report on my meeting with Ringgold's City Manger "Dan Wright," he spoke for the council. I presented him with a request to rally at the depot or front of the courthouse. He said they were concerned about the depot because it may be rented that day, the courthouse would require permission from the county. He then said they would let us rally on a side street... Of course, I told him it would not do and instead we would march in the right of way back and forth on downtown streets..... His mouth dropped open and said, that will cost the city too much to control traffic. I then said, the depot or courthouse starting to sound better, ain't it. He smiled and said the city would provide ample parking for us behind city hall. Saying our permit would be approved and "he" would contact the courthouse about using the sidewalk there and he saw no trouble.

He was to draft the permit today and mail it to us ASAP.... I still must wait for the location depot, courthouse or right of way. Either way, Ringgold NCP Rally is on.... April 26, 2008 12pm-4pm.

Southron, join us in Ringgold to honour our heroes, let us make it a rally they won't forget!!!

I also wish to thank all of y'all that called, mailed and E-mailed... Dan said his E-mail and phones were flooded! He also asked me to tell my Friends he ain't no yankee scallywag and he was born in Chickamauga, Georgia!

Since you live in North Carolina, I thought that's where it was.

I didn't realize it was so far away.

No sir just spreading the word for our cause and to keep our Southern Flags Flying. I only wish I could go, however finances and other related hadicaps will not allow that. So I support these events in other ways. {BTW I am of the "Clan MacFarlane"}

On a side note, the permit has finally been formally approved and is in the hands of the TAG administrator. I am posting a link with the directions in the NCP section.
