|
|
These will be scriptures for uplifting in times of trouble.
It is my pray that they meet the needs of any that reads
them. The first in a list of many will be for those that feel
there is no help, no hope.
LOST HOPE
Romans 8:28-And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
15:13-Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
I Corinthians 6:14-And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.
Lamentations 3:21,22-This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope.
Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. _________________

Today's scripture is for the hurting.
HURTING
Isaiah 40:9-11--O Zion, You who bring good tidings, Get up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, You who bring good tidings, Lift up your voice with strength, Lift it up, be not afraid; Say to the cities of Judah, "Behold your God!"
10--Behold, the Lord God shall come with strong hand, And Hi8s arm shall rule for Him; Behold His reward is with Him, And His work before Him.
11--He will feed His flock like a shepherd; He will gather the lambs with His arm, And carry them in His bosom, And gently lead those who are with young.
Matthew 5:4--Blessed are those who mourn, For they shall be comforted, For they shall inherit the earth.
Isaiah 66:13--As one whom his mother comforts, So I will comfort you; And you shall be comforted in Jerusalem,
Psalm 34:18--The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Revelation 7:17--"for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters," And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." _________________
