I think Jacksonville City Councilwoman Glorious Johnson should run for President, or at least for Governor of Florida for now, y'all read this and the link provided for information on some events she has been attending as a BLACK Woman... This woman is awesome.

Thank you profusely for your historical perspective -- so refreshing in light of today's politically correct madness.
I am overjoyed to know that there are still people who take the time to look beyond the yammering of the many, to go down to the roots of the question and find the facts, and then to proclaim those (often unpopular) facts.
In paraphrase of a well-known New Testament passage, it could be said of the PC crowd They shall know the truth, and the truth shall make them fret.
