Reverend, Dr. Jerry Falwell Phd. Died today in his office at "Liberty University" in Lynchburg Virginia at 73 years of age. Rev. Falwell had many ailments particularly with his heart and people including his personal physician are speculating that is what caused his death.
Rev. Falwell was a at times controversial religious leader, love him or hate him you have to respect his courage. He is the reason I changed from Lutheran to Southern Baptist and was Saved 25 years ago, he inspired me to become a better man and he and Pat Robertson both showed me you can be a "real man" and still walk with Jesus. I may not have agreed 100% with all he said but I agreed more than 90% of the time. He was a good Christian man a man of God and one who loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who had no vices and that is why I think the left and his other enemies hated him so, because they could not "get anything" on him. God Bless and keep you Jerry Falwell and thank you... † _________________

I was sorry to hear about Rev. Falwell, he was a good Christian. I almost went to Liberty after High School, went to Durham Tech instead... _________________
