Life
What is life?
A little noise, a passing breeze
Between two long eternities;
A span of days, of mouths, and year,
Mingled with wonder, joy, and tears.
What is life?
A precious gift - there's nothing greater,
Given by God the great Creator,
And every morning completely free
He extends this gift anew to me.
What is life?
The chance to feel, to hear, to see
All nature in her majesty -
The carefree birds, the lovely flowers,
New miracles each passing hour.
What is life?
The opportunity each day
To share with others on the way
A friendly word, a smile, a song,
A helping hand when things go wrong.
What is life?
It is a treasure I clasp today,
But it will surely pass away,
And I will go the way of those
Who journeyed her, but now repose.
This is my prayer:
O help me, Lord, to live for Thee,
To spend my days unselfishly;
So when this gift You will reclaim
I'll not have squandered it in vain.

Until They Know
(Tune: How Great Thou Art)
Oh, when I think of all the many
millions
Who do not know the sound of Thy
sweet name,
Who do not know the miracle of
Calvary,
Who never can Thy great salvation
claim.
Then cries my heart, "O teach me.
Lord to care,
Until they know how great Thou
art!"
Then cries my heart, "O teach me,
Lord, to care,
Until they know how great Thou
art!"
But when they know that Jesus died to
save them,
And when they know the grace He can
impart,
When Jesus shines His love divine
Within them,
When He transforms their sinful,
darkened heart;
Then they shall sing, My Savior
God to Thee,
"How great Thou art! How great
Thou art!"
Then they shall sing, "My Savior
God to thee,
"How great Thou art! How great
Thou art!" _________________

Christ's Universal Reign
Hasten Lord, the glorious time,
When, beneath Messiah's sway.
Every nation, every clime,
Shall the gospel call obey.
Mightiest kings His power shall own;
Heathen tribes His Name adore;
Satan and his host o'er thrown
Bound in chains shall hurt no more.
Then shall wars and tumults cease;
Then be banished grief and pain;
Righteousness, and joy, and peace,
Undisturbed, shall ever reign.
Bless we, then, our gracious Lord;
Ever praise His glorious Name;
All His mighty acts record,
All His wondrous love proclaim.
