Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is once again time for us to, with one voice, declare our States Rights, and compel the federal government to restrict themselves to only those specifically enumerated powers granted to them by We The People!
As some of you may know, several States have made their intentions quite clear on this subject, and here in the Great State of North Carolina we currently have legislation before our State House declaring our 10th Amendment Rights under the Constituiton. If your State does not currently have such legislation, then I humbly suggest that you immediately contact your elected mis-representatives in your States Capital and ask the why not. If your State does have such legislation before it for it's consideration, then I humbly beseech you to contact your elected representatives and urge them to support it.
THe days of sitting on our backsides, and expecting our representatives to actually do the job that we sent them to our respective capitols to do, and not keeping a very close eye on them are long past. They work for YOU, they are YOUR employees, and it is up to YOU to compel them to do your bidding, and to inform them that failure to do so will result in their being FIRED!
This is still our country (well, what's left of it at any rate), and for now it's still not too late for us to regain control of it, but if we allow the usurpers in Washington city to continue on their current path, there will be nothing but death and destruction for our children and grand-children, the choice is yours.

Thank you "Bamaboy" for making folks aware of this situation whom may not otherwise keep up with it. And I agree with "Bamaboy" if your state has such legislation pending support it and tell YOUR representative to support it and it your state hasn't yet put forth the legislation supporting the 10th Amendment and "States Rights" then tell them they need to.
