At the end of 1st half we end with a knife hand. From there help me out.

X arm to back fist with left hand. I know there is an outside cresent with right foot to horse stance and right elbow, a retreat and prepare for twin blocktwin block,  a twin block to right front stance, a butterfly kick w/left foot to palm strike and left front stance, etc..etc..? I just learned the second half last thur but, if I do nto do it every day I loose it. Soemone lay it on me please.

Also Inside Major and Inside Minor. Both start with making opponent step backward, and me steping in between his legs with my right foot. One uses my right foot to the opponents left foot and the other one has my righ foot going to his left foot, which one is which?

Maybe this should have ben posted in Ask The Istructors section. Kent you can move it can't you?

For Chung Ki it looks like you have most of it there. After the right knifehand, you step up and grab for knee strike, execute knee strike, turn and ki hap. That's it.

For the throws...think of it this way. Major Inner REAP, Minor inner SWEEP. When you turn your hips in, if you attack the leg that is essentially behind you, you will be reaping, if you attack the leg that is essentially in front of you, you will be sweeping.

Hope that helps.
