God is good!!  I did have a partial rupture when I first injured my ankle, but it has healed part way.  So I only need to wear an air cast for 4 weeks to allow the inflammation to go down.  That was an answer to prayer   Very Happy  Very Happy
And I'm allowed to keep stretching Smile
