Canterbury Squash Rackets Club presents:
The CSRC Open 2008
14th-16th of November 2008 (13th of November will be used for qualifiers)
The CSRC Open 2008 Prize Money:
Winner: £500, Runner-Up: £350, 3rd Place: £250, 4th Place: £150, Plate Winner: £100, Plate Runner-Up: £50
Entries close 10th November 2008, Draw takes place Tuesday 11th November 2008. Entry Fee £12

Best of 5, Point-A-Rally Scoring to 11 will be used.

Hi all,
First of all can I thank everyone for entering the tournament as most importantly, without the players, there's no tournament!
We ended up with a total of 45 entries this year, which was great as it was 4 up from last year! Please find attached the draw for the main tournament and the qualifying schedule.
Just to remind everyone that we will be using best of 5 American Point-A-Rally scoring to 11, and please be prepared to mark matches as well. Also please (Robin/Graham!) can everyone be at the club within 15 minutes of your start time or if you are inevitably running late can you let me know as soon as possible (contact no. 07909 531367), otherwise I will have to give out walkovers to anyone more than 15 minutes late of their published start time unless you opponent agrees to wait (less likely if he’s sure that you’re gonna destroy him!).
Please note that hot food will be available all weekend at our licensed bar and Hi-Definition DVD's of matches (selected matches plus 1/4 finals onwards) will also be available for purchase throughout the weekend.
If there are any problems or queries then please don't hesitate to contact me. Also, to those who have not sent in an entry fee yet, can you please pay it on arrival, preferably before your first match.
