I appeal to all the snouts, grasses, tipsters, lowlifes and weasels.
Matt '1 month to turn it around' Badger (Bexley team captain) has recruited in two brand new signings and I for one want to know who they are. This will also benefit all the other teams in Division 1 so come on, who knows but isn't telling?? |

And furthermore - dodgy logic, 'Off The Boil' ML. BH don't play Bexley until 21 November. So, better for BH if none of the other teams find out until it's too late.
As long as SB or another captain puts up the results, BH should get plenty of warning.
There are no 'new' signings anyway. Only recycled oldies. |

The only reason ML would like to know about Bexley's "new" signings is so that he can field one of his famous "weakened" sides

I would like to see all captains being obliged to enter their nominations on the website - broken down by age and sex |

I'm sure the committee could publish the nominations. Then we could all comment on the team orders |

On the ball you do make a lot of sense but I fear we'll still need to know.
No.5, we will be a very weak team this season, in fact it will be one of the weakest teams we have put out for some time. Toby despite his youth, is a heavy smoker and enjoys his drink. Mr Mcmanus is now entering his retirement home and can barely swing a racket, I am suffering from a recurring knee injury and will be dobubtful until at least Christmas, Mr Bushell and Mr. Lane are considering playing badminton so we have to find some new healthy players.
We therefore ask teams to give your superstar players a rest when you play our team as we will be everything but strong opposition. |

So young Toby is a smoker. Stells and I find that a complete turn off.
I hope Bexley is a non-smoking club. I hate my outfits stinking of stale tobacco after a night out in a place where that filthy habit is still allowed. |

Builder boy that sounds like a challenge. Are you saying you're playing in Division 1? You'll get some very tough games especially from the Bexley boys with their new signings. |

I think I preferred all the 'guest's to this twaddle. At least one could pretend that it was a one-off aberration rather than career blurbers.
Are there any filters for this stuff, Admin? |

Team captains can enter their nomination lists onto the website. Hopefully they will do so for the coming winter.
However, as somebody pointed out, you can nominate who you like. Whether they play or not is a different matter. |
