At the weekend I spoke to a player from the south east priory, he is looking to play extra games and asked if I knew of any team that was in need of players.
Any takers?, apart from Biggin Hill and Bexley of course, they have to many players already! |

We (Knole Park) need a number 1-3 for Div 2 (which, as eveyone knows is as good as Div 1 really). Mainly as cover for the sick and injured. |

he is an over 45 Kent player so very good, I would say he was the same standard as Gordon McManus or maybe better (as he is a bit younger)
so maybe div 2 might not be strong enough? |

Doesn't narrow it down much! How many Kent players are under 45 these days?
And, if he is looking for a challenge, or wanting to improve, the carrot of helping a little club into Div 1 next year would surely tempt. |

Oh, and:
1) KP is very close to Outer Kent compared with the London clubs
2) Mcmanus himself may be looking to move once the BH nominations are finalised |

No.5, it's Nick Peel isn't it.
JJ Why would you say McManus will be moving on? He's a key player within our winning team, do you know something I don't? |

Looking at Mr Peel's results from the (out of date) Over 45s league, I see that he barely managed to beat k.palmer (ex BLTC number 2/3).
He should slot nicely into KP at 2 or 3, therefore.
Maidstone is spitting distance from the welcoming green pastures of Sevenoaks. |

Mark (if I may call you that, ML), Mr McManus is free to choose his own team.
Of course, today's Captain's Pick could be tomorrow's Thomas Bjorn, if he feels his ranking threatened. How does he view the TM situation? |

No.5, Nick's a good player and a nice bloke (as I'm sure you know). John, why don't you give him a call, I remember him saying something about wanting to play in the Priory. I think you'll find he'd give PJ a run for his money.
JJ re GM, as far as I'm aware, GM is lapping up the competition and tough games around him. Afterall, everyone wants to better their game and challenge for the top spots - It would all get a bit boring otherwise. |

Hi Stells and you cheeky-boys. Stells, I think if we were going to get anything from Jolly John he would have given it to us by now. He seems to be a tough nut to crack.
By the way, my injury is clearing up quite well, but if it turns out I can't do this tournament, good luck to everyone especially Stells. There you go squashboy, I'm behind her again so to speak. |

ML, I would but I don't have his number - nor does my agent (Bubbly).
Does that mean that Mr Mortimer's black lung issue has been resolved? Or is it an age thing? |

JJ, Nick has just played in the british open over 45's and is keen to play.
I would rate him as good as Gordon, maybe better |

Still happy to have him. My e-mail and tel. no. are on the website.
I presume Park Langley have no need, even though their Div 1 squad will be fully stretched after defections and in spite of doubling up. |

Dear Squashboy, you could have had my services some months ago but decided not to offer me a place in your side. Thanks to on the fence she found me a slot very close to you. |

I'm sorry that you seem to take the rejection a little hard Stella, but we were actually trying to strengthen the squad.I'm curious to know where you manage to find a slot. |

Don't worry, I'll find a club where Stells and I will be accepted for what we are and not what all you cheeky-boys think we are. |

It's no use, squashboy. They just won't lie down. Even the new discrimination laws won't allow us to fix the problem.
btw, I never did get a call from n.peel or fax or e-mail. Did you? We are still open to new players at Knole Park, although the nominations are due in very soon. |

Excuse my mate JJ, squashboy. He is still a bit catatonic. From my experience, the only thing in or north of Aberdeen is fish. Or was that the point? |

J J, thank you for saying that Stells and I won't just lie down. That's not our style. We're not so easy. You'd have to work for it cheeky-boys. Mind you, Pinot-Grigio helps.
As for you Bubbly, how much more fish smell can you take from your vertical deep-sea orientated location, or are you an ornament in the London Aquarium? That shark will bite you one day.
PC, sorry if you think we are a pain. Would you really want us to go away as far as Iceland though? |

Stells, are you okay? Them cheeky-boys getting to you? Why are you now called Stealla?
I'm worried. Please don't let them send us to Iceland. |

Maybe it was the fake stealla that come to Langley for the position 2 slot that is still available.
Ive never seen anybody try to play squash with a badminton racket because they find a squash racket to heavy.
Ild be care full of O.T.F Stella seems like he's trying to groom you. |
