Rumor has it there will be prize money up for grabs for the semi finalists & finalists of this tournament, any truth behind this?

I do know that Racquet Academy are prepared to sponsor the plate by donating a new racquet and a pair of shoes which is good.

We would be very grateful if Racquet Academy were to do this.

KEEP THOSE ENTRIES COMING IN. Closing date tomorrow (Wednesday August 23).

For further details or any queries, contact Gary Barrett (garybarrett60@yahoo.co.uk).

We've had confirmation that Steve Franks (representing the Welling Cup) will be putting £50 prize money for the winner. In addition A&Z sports will also be offering sporting goods for either the plate or runner up spots - this is currently being confirmed though.

Which ever way you look at it, it's great to see such support.
