Well ya'll.. Now that I have a couple minutes I'l give u the quick version of our adventure.
The plan WAS that Sher was coming down to see Grease with us and we, Jack, Sher and I were going to stay that night at the Hyatt downtown. Had also planned on introducing her to my little world here in Ohio. Well that mean old Mother Nature had different ideas. Dumped a bunch of snow on Mich with the threat of more before the weekend was up so Sher didn't make it. Wasn't sure that we were going to make it either. With Jack being in the hospital and me with the flu it was starting to look very doubtful. Saturday afternoon we were both feeling a little better and knowing that the tix and everything was already paid for.. we decided to go. I had even managed to get Sher and I M&G's which was supposed to be a xmas surprise when Sher got here. Couldn't see them going to waste either.
Grease was really good. Quite amusing. In alot of ways it should have been rated PG13. but it was good.When the lights came on and I saw Tay's ice cream cone.. I grabbed Jack's leg. But did he come out.. not at first.. Other things went on before his number. But knowing he was in there about drove me nuts.
Finally Frenchie starts asking about her Guardian Angel and it opened. OMG.. what a dork!! I laughed so hard. He was trying to be so angel-like as the cone was decending to the stage. He did put on a very good performance.. The crowd was amazing and seemed to come alive when he appreared.
After the show we met Brenda(Coder) and her friends downstairs and waited for Taylor
He came out to see us and after I THUDDED slightly, it was awesome. He probably spend about 20 minutes or so out there talking to us and taking pics with us. I got him to sign my Ohio State jacket and tried to explain to him was a Buckeye was. Very funny. Brenda had presents and several questions for him but I'll let her tell u all about that.
After we got back to the hotel I thanked Jack for going with me to see him.. He said that after all the crap he'd given me all this time, he was surprised that Taylor was a really nice guy. Laid back was the words he used I think. So I'm pretty sure Taylor has a new fan.. even tho I don't think Jack would admit it. LOL

Oh, Jody, I had problems with my camera too but I do have a few. I'll have to load them here tonight as I'm at work. I was so great to see you and Jack again. I thought the M&G's were done well here at this theatre. They were organized and Taylor was happy, happy, happy to see us there. I promise to load the pictures tonight.

He looks happy, so for that I am grateful..

PS...I am so very sad that old man winter stopped you and sher from going together. I know you both must have been so disapointed...sniff sniff!!!!

That IS a little sad that Sher couldn't make it, but I swear, it'll be made up for more than likely, and soon too.
Jo, you look terrific - have you slimmed down some? You do look sensational. Are you feeling better? And how is Jack feeling?
Brenda, I'm waiting to hear how things were on your end, too. I'm glad you had a good time. I love you both.

*grinning* Brenda told me that Bill was less than thrilled with the Grinch Santa hat and Tay made him wear it for a picture or two.....I'm thinking Tay needs blackmail material.....

Hey V.. Spent Christmas day with my stepmoms brother who now lives in Alberta. He said he heard that Taylor is coming to Calvary in Grease.. did u hear that?

Really?...Calgary is only about 6-7 hours from me!!....but for a chance to see Hotness...Did he say when?.....Details.....I NEED DETAILS!!!!!!!!!
