HARMONY FOR THE SOUL
Breaking, Harmony Happenings!!!!!
Harmony for the Soul has obtained our 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service. Our board members are excited to jump in with both feet and pursue sponsors for our first annual two-day Soul Patrol Convention and music festival in Birmingham Alabama this upcoming May 2008.
The Make a Wish Foundation has officially joined our efforts; we here at Harmony hope this collaboration will increase awareness of Kid One's cause nationwide. All funds raised from this event will be split between Kid One Transport and The Alabama/Georgia chapter of The Make a Wish Foundation. This is very exciting news, and we can't wait to work with them both.
We want to thank all the Soul Patrol members nationwide that have given us their support and prayers. We hope to make this event all that you expect. Please visit our website for updates and visit our merchandise page and ticket prices and packages will be posted soon.

The official dates are May 9 - 10, 2008 the music festival "A Soul Affair" will be at Sloss Furnace in Birmingham on the 10th 12pm - 5pm.
Other events over the two days are an upscale attire dinner and silent auction at Open Door Cafe, volunteer party at Ona's Music room, Soul Patrol Convention, and more. (Locations for Convention TBA)
Tickets will go on sale 11-26-2007 at our website, as well as early Merchandise for the event. Hope to see you all there!!!

Hey all, check out the website for artists that are confirmed to perform at "A Soul Affair". Artists will be added as they are confirmed. Performance requests have also been sent to LiMBO, Michael Warren, The Grayhounds, Toby Lightman, Spoonful James, Taylor Swift, Josh Smith and the Frost, Melissa Crispo, Vince Esquire, Jordan Begg, Keb Mo', and oh yea, that guy Taylor Hicks....LOL

Hey all, Spoonful James confirmed today...we here at Harmony are honored and jazzed that they will be joining the artist lineup for "A Soul Affair" and helping us raise money for Kid One Transport and the Alabama/Georgia chapters of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The Pub Crawl we have set up will start at Oasis, Bailey's Pub, Marty's Bar, and end at Ona's Music room. Some of the convention activities will include:

Harp Lessons

It's really pretty amazing how many people I know going to play and I just can't gey there. I used to go see Melissa all th time in Florida, too, so that would be almost a homecoming even. *sigh*
