I can agree wholeheartedly with that - love and prayer can move mountains, dry up seas, shelter from storms, be all things as they are needed. And aren't we just the lucky ones who know it?

WELL, I AM JUST TOTALLY ENJOYING WATCHING JESUS LOVE ALL OVER YOU CHRIS!! AND WOW THE BEST IS YET TO COME. JUST WISH THE PAIN THAT COMES IN THIS WORLD WAS NOT SO REAL, BUT I LOVE THAT GOD WILL TAKE WHAT THIS WORLD THROWS AT US AND JUST MAKE US BETTER IF WE LET HIM!!! ya know, me and mom talked yesterday and she told me more about the surgery that her doctor told her...they told her that she has a serious lung problem, and that they had a hard time getting her bleeding stopped...the lung problem we knew, the bleeding was a surprise, but understandable since she has been on 48724872380972067276 meds for a very long time--not to mention that she has been getting shots in her belly to thin her blood since she has been in the hospital...but what really got me was that her doc told her that if what happened to her at the funeral home would have happened at home, she probably would have died...the doc actually told her that she had someone watching out for her...mom said we have a boy angel in heaven now...
she then had a talk with me about living my life, not worrying about her 24/7, and what she wants me to do when THE time comes...she wants me to be happy, she wants me to be WHERE im happy, where im loved and where im supported...she made me promise that i wouldnt run home to take care of my dad....said he made his bed with the family and he has to sleep in it
wow, huh??
of course she had me crying, but she also continues to marinate me in love from 1,000 miles away...
thank you everyone, for all of your love and support during the last 2 weeks...i have not been alone in any of the grief or fear i was feeling, and for that i cant tell you all how good that feels...
with that said, i would like to let everyone know that i am back...dawggie has returned...everyone told me yesterday that the sparkle is back in my eyes, and i laughed more this past weekend, then i have in a very long time....it sure felt good (LOVE YOU LA AND SARAH!!!)
so, lets get this board back to the way it was, you guys....mom wants us to be happy and do what makes us who we are...LEGGIES
lets rock!!!!
i love you guys
ps...chelena...my mom would LOVE braids in her hair...she loves your hair, and YOU!!!!

I told Sarah at the time that I thought you really needed this weekend and you looked so good - I was very proud of you and still am, Fearless. It's good stuff to see. And BTW, I agree with your Mom. I know you love your Dad. We do too. But he is NOT where YOU need to be to grow, to be strong, and to survive. Small doses? Meh - maybe. But full-time? Baby, I say this with all the love I have in the world, I will so kick your ass.

i honestly think id kick my own ass, tyg!!
hearing it from my mom was what i needed to hear, tho...to know that she doesnt expect me to care for him, takes alot of stress off of me...
