Im sure you all read the notices that were posted while the site was down. I know its frusterating when this occurs, however, it really is in the best interest of the board that these problems are taken care of every now and then. While we do pay for certain areas of our website, we use a free message board hosting service, this is to keep from having to ask for donations to keep our site running.
