| Canbase Eurocup XIII Dates Announced |

Today ClanBase, in close collaboration with GZTV, is proud to announce that the ClanBase EuroCup LAN finals are scheduled for September 22-24 in Aarhus, Denmark.
For the first time in the history of ClanBase, the 3 day EuroCup LAN Finals will be extensively recorded by TV crew for later airing on national television in Denmark with other countries to follow.
Danish broadcasting and production company, GZTV will cover the EuroCup Finals live from a specially set up television studio, where the finalists will complete their remaining battles.
The four gaming disciplines that were selected this season are Counter Strike, Call of Duty 2, Quake 4 TDM and Warcraft III. In total, ClanBase set its prize money at $50,000 for season XIII of which $15,000, $9,000, $9,500 and $4,000 has been spread out over the aforementioned games respectively.

In addition, ClanBase TV will provide an Internet video stream live from Denmark with play-by-play commentary provided by Radio inside The Game to provide EuroCup fans with full coverage of the first televised EuroCup LAN Finals.
Since its inception in 2000, the ClanBase EuroCup has maintained its position as the most prestigious online tournament in Europe, and has come to be seen as the European championship in online video gaming, covering a record breaking 15 games this season.
Every season 45,000 gamers join the fierce competitions of the OpenCup and EuroCup to play online and at offline events to compete, communicate and socialize with their fellow gamers of all nationalities, races and religions.
