Hey and welcome to my review, this is my first so i cba to write much lol and it prob wont be too gd but ohwell!!

Star Wars Galaxies now boasts 3 expansions! the lastest being the Trials of Obi-wan where players are able to venture forth onto the new planet Mustafar, (the fiery crazy planet in the film where anakin gets battered :D ).

In Star Wars Galaxies you are basically let loose and can do nearly whatever u want to do! eg. Fishing, fighting, trading, Extracting, Selling, Buying, Swimming, driving, flying and whatever you can think off. Being able to set up your own city and Guild is a nice touch. Recruiting citizens into your ever growing city is good fun and with the ability to place Cantinas and Hospitals it really adds to the community spirit in the game.

You can choose a variety of species when u first start, ranging from the large fury Wookies, to the basic humans. U can completely customize your character to make it just how u want it, and if your not pleased with it after you are done, you can simply pop off to the nearest Image Designer and get a new look! :D

Most MMO's are based on the ground and limit you, whereas in SWg you are able to launch into space and enter a whole new world! Why not upgrade your ship and become feared in both space and land? It really does add a new aspect to teh game being able to get away from normal guns and enter a cockpit of a Tie fighter.
The Ground vehicles are also pretty gd, ranging from your basic speederbikes, to the more rare barc speeders, the two seated AV-21 and even a Lava Skiff, for traversing the harsh landscape on Mustafar.

Which side will you choose? Your choice will give you different quests and if you feel like it enter you into the world of Specail Forces, PvP - Reb vs Imp, at teh moment this is a quite an exciting part of the game, with sony making new PvP areas for the faction fighting to get heated for the juiciest rewards!

ohwell i have rambled on for long enough, here are afew overvieew points..

Graphics -- The effects are very nice, the environments are wonderful and while some of the animation is repetitious, this is still a nice-looking game.

Sound -- There is that big orchestral sound associated with all Star Wars games and the music for the different planets is terrific. The sound effects are straight from the movies. There is quite a large amount of dialogue to read while recieving a quet, but ohwell :)

Difficulty -- Trying to get from level 1 to 90, is a hard task in itself, but all the quests you meet on the way makes it alot easier. Being a trader IS a hard proccess to start off as your first character, all you can do is basically grind your way through your resources you ahve extracted until you are able to place some vendors in your house to sell your new wares. But there is a nice variety of things to do, and if your stuck just do one of the other countless things in the meantime.
