Grady kept picking at his eye like he was trying to get something out of it...and he just kept looking around so I was cracking up the entire time...and then when that lady started singing our National Anthem, at first Grady was all like respectful and paying attention and then the lady started sucking so he was like looking around like man this lady sucks! I was laughing the entire time...Grady makes me happy.

haha yeah ! i saw him picking at his eye!
and i was cracking up cause i kept talking through both national anthems and my mom is like will you shut up and be repectful?!?!
and im like but its grady!!!! and garko and his cool nose! haha yes i think garko has a cool nose!!!

Yeah she sang it soooo slow I kept rolling my eyes & mouthing to the employees & my friend "omg is it over yet?" lol

No kidding. Did anyone catch how she said we're instead of were so galantly streaming? I liked the guy that sang "God Bless America" much better. I did find it hilarious that my friend only realized why they sang the Canadian national anthem in the first or second inning. |

Hahaha well actually Brittney.. I was standing there and I was like um, cool..we're not in Cana...OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH! HAAA! It was slightly a stupid moment..and it didn't help I was on the phone will Holly the WHOLE time they were doing both anthems, so I could hear it echoing through the phone..and of course, Casey Blake is like 5 feet in front of me, so I'm staring at him instead of paying attention..ya knoww..  And yeah! I noticed that they said 'we're' instead of 'were'!

At first I did think why are we doing it but it only took me a few minutes to figure it out. I didn't want to admit it to my friend, but it turned out I looked better. OK, I'm glad that we weren't the only ones to catch that slight mispronunciation. I got a little chuckle out of it. It's one of those things I catch being an English major. |
