Rally's and Arby's have the best french fries ever... and Burger King's fries get an honorable mention. Red Robin is OK, you have to be a burger person for that place and love their fries cause they're all you can eat. I <3 Red Lobster! Endless shrimp, I'm there! And those rolls... *sigh* I may need to run there right now!

You can eat fries at my McDonald's. We have separate bins for the fries, clean the vats everyday and use vegetable oil which I think has no trans fat. Fries have 2 vats (although one's broken), chicken products have 2 and fish has a separate one. OK, I know too much about my restaurant. I need out!

Well I believe at least my store it's vegetable oil. My brother who also works there and has poured oil into the vat claims that it is also vegetable oil. He said unless they changed the name on the box.
