Hey everyone! Below are the main rules the Grady's Ladies Messageboard. Please abide by these rules and there should be no problems. These rules are a "work in progress," so there will likely be rules added and/or modified as time goes by. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! These rules and regulations are in effect at all times and will be enforced here on out.
Generally, if you respect others and keep within the spirit for which this message board was intended, these rules can be a footnote. If, on the other hand, you have any questions regarding whether it’s OK to post something, here are the Rules and Regulations for The Grady's Ladies message board:
-Please have something to offer in the discussion before posting. Irrelevant posting will result in those posts being deleted. i.e.: posting with the only intent being to raise your post count
-No repetitive quoting, quoting of large pictures, or double posting. These stretch the threads such that it becomes difficult to load and follow. (Also, please keep signatures to a reasonable size.)
-Keep posts in the appropriate area or they can be moved.
-No direct profanity. Acronyms are acceptable.
-If you have an issue or problem to address with a user, handle it via PM or email. If you bring it to the board, it will be deleted.
-Abusive, insulting, or intimidating communications toward ANY user will not be tolerated neither on the board nor in PMs.
-If you receive PMs of the above nature, feel free to capture a screen print and report it to an administrator.
-Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to perform any action including, but not limited to: moving, closing, editing, or deleting of any post, profile, avatar, or signature for any reason whatsoever at their sole discretion and without prior notification or explanation to the user.
-Moderator and Administrator actions are not open to debate.
-Any illicit, illegal, immoral or negative behavior toward or on behalf of the Grady's Ladies organization or its members, in any form of media will not be tolerated and will result in instant permanent dismissal.
-Failure to comply with the above stated rules may result in the following consequences:
First offense – private warning via Private Message from an Administrator
Second offense – warning alerting user that the next offense will result in suspension
Third offense – suspension of privileges for 3 days (Second suspension will be for a full week, and third suspension will result in being banned from the message board.)
Feel free to private message an administrator or moderator at any time if you have questions. Admins names are in red lettering and Moderators names are in green.
Ok, so, now that that's out of the way, let's get to posting and make this place like a true Grady's Ladies PARTAY!!!!!! _________________
