My sister got her second tattoo done at Voodoo Monkey. Lol. She also said that they were REALLY good.

I've basically decided that when I'm 18, I"m going to get a "#13" somewhere. I'm just not sure where yet. Haha. Then of course, I'll have to get my script I for the Tribe. And then I'm contemplating my last one.

Watch, I'm saying all this now, and then two years from now, when I can actually get it, I'll be all like, "what the heck was I thinking!?"

Thanks Michele! I'll definitely give that a try when I get a chance..and thanks Debbie. Smile I got the idea of getting the little 'i' up on my neck from one of my other friends and I REALLY liked it, so I'm excited for that one. I can't wait to get the one on the underneath side of my wrist done either..

I really wanted to get the number 33 somewhere too, but I didn't want to look all trashy..so I think I'm going to opt a no on that one.. Sad

Honestly, I decided that as long as I place them correctly, then I can get as many as I want. If they have meaning, then they aren't trashy.

I don't have any yet because I don't have the money. My brother and sister both have tattoo's though. My sister has one across her back and I think it's a stupid one. My brother has three, two are okay, one is pretty gay. The two that are okay have meaning. The third one is just funny. For now. But I know what I want and where I want it and it holds a lot of meaning for me so I know it's worth it if I can suck it up.

Here's my sister's:
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=65772184&albumID=1797296&ima geID=24303301

I can't find any pictures of my brother's though. His first one is down each forearm and it says, in Hungarian, "It's all in how you mix the two." The next one was a small bass cleft on his wrist. And his most recent one, the stupid one, is a squirrel on the inside of his upper thigh and it's reaching up. Get it?

Oh, there's no denying it's hilarious. Now. But in like ten years, he probably won't find it as funny. Some people don't get it though. It's not as funny if you have to explain it.

It depends on size, colors, detail and where you get it.  Like the one on my lower back was pretty decent size, but only $70.  The one on my hip waslike $140 cause there was more detail and it was on my hip.  Your best bet is to get an idea of what you want and take it to a place and ask them how much.

yeah i'll have to do that. i was figuring i'd need at least $100. none of my friends have tattoos so they can't help me out with any of this or recommend a good place to go...guess i'll just have to do my own research.

I've said on here before, I highly recommend Voo Doo Monkey on W. 25th in Ohio City.  If you're looking for something smaller, like post-it (sorry, couldn't think of anything else to compare) size or smaller, depending on where you get it I'd say $100-150 -- my best guess not knowing what you want.  But it's better to save up more!

Oh, duh.  Those shouldn't cost too much, but I don't know what tats run in your area.

so now that i know how to post pictures!! woohoo i figured i'd show you guys my tattoos.

The first one is the 1st one I got. I've always wanted a tattoo and when my dad passed away, I wanted to get something to remind me of him. Its of a toad. He used to call me his little toad; its on my left foot, which is special because my dad was left handed. So both of my tattoos are on the left side of my body.

The 2nd one I have is of a Ulysses Monarch Butterfly. My dad was a huge Civil War buff and also the butterfly symbolizes the resurrection. And since he's passed we have seen butterflies all over!
