I do give them credit. A HELLLL of a lot of credit. I think I was just as surprised as everyone else knowing they made the playoffs this year..coming off what was such a disastrous year for them last year..(kind of like the Cliff Lee story, huh?)
And another thing, I apologize for using the word 'bandwagon'. It was for lack of a better term. I do realize that just because you like a team in the playoffs because your favorite one isn't there doesn't make you a bandwagon, but I wasn't talking about you girls. I was talking about the people that are walking around going, "OMG! RAYS ARE MY NEW FAVE TEAM BECAUSE THEY'RE WINNING THIS YEAR!" I'm sure you know the type of people I'm talking about. There's also people that were Yankee "fans" saying, "I hate the Yankees because they didn't make the playoffs this year." Ya know?

omg i hate bandwagon ppl. they are the ones who don't watch baseball all year, have never liked it, but then all the sudden become "diehard yankee fans" if/when they make it to the playoffs. i know a lot of girls like that, well guys too, and it disgusts me.
the rays won game 2? i totally missed that. lol

I know very well that it isn't over yet. Just letting everyone know that the Rays won game two! It was a late game so obviously not everyone knew how it ended. I really think this thing's gonna go to game 7. I have a feeling every game is going to be a battle til the very end. And besides, I want it to go to game 7 because I have tickets to that game! *crosses fingers*

I agree, these games are all going to be so close..both these teams are really battling it out..I love these types of games..when we win of course..  but aw Tiff I hope you get to go to game 7! That's going to be a lot of fun!
And Michele, no comment. Haha. I was a Sox fan before '04. And because I grew up there and they are my home team, I have to love them more than anything because that's the team that got me into baseball. I'm still an Indians fan, just a bigger Red Sox fan is all..
